Client Guidelines & Scope
- Mattress Vacuum Cleaning is a dry vacuum service and does not include washing, shampooing, or steam cleaning unless specifically booked.
- The service covers the accessible surfaces, edges, seams, and sides of the mattress.
- Customers should ensure that the mattress is reasonably accessible before the service begins.
- Bedding, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and other personal items should be removed before the service.
- Vacuum cleaning primarily removes loose and surface-level dust and debris; it does not guarantee removal of permanent or deep-set stains.
- Cleaning results may vary depending on the mattress material, age, condition, and level of dust or buildup.
- Existing damage, tears, weakened fabric, discoloration, or deterioration is not covered.
- HandyCh does not open, dismantle, repair, or alter the internal structure of the mattress.
- If the mattress is found to be excessively damaged, wet, contaminated, or unsuitable for the cleaning method, HandyCh may decline the service.
- Any additional treatment or service outside the booked scope may involve additional charges with customer approval.
- Customers are requested to inspect the mattress after cleaning and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the service is completed.
