Client Guidelines & Scope
- Kitchen Care covers only the areas and items listed under “What is Covered.”
- Cleaning is performed on accessible surfaces that can be safely reached using standard cleaning equipment.
- Cabinets, cupboards, and drawers must be reasonably accessible; interiors should be emptied by the customer before cleaning.
- Appliances will be cleaned only on their accessible exterior surfaces unless a specific appliance-cleaning service has been booked.
- Cleaning results may vary depending on the surface material, age, condition, and level of grease, stains, or buildup.
- Permanent stains, burnt marks, discoloration, rust, or existing damage may not be completely removable.
- HandyCh does not undertake plumbing, electrical, gas, repair, restoration, or technical work as part of this service.
- Heavy appliances or furniture will not be moved or dismantled unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
- Customers should remove fragile, valuable, personal, or breakable items from the kitchen before the service begins.
- HandyCh professionals may decline to clean any area or item considered unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
- Any additional work outside the agreed service scope may involve additional charges, subject to customer approval.
- Service duration may vary depending on the size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
- Customers are requested to inspect the service upon completion and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the team leaves the premises.
- By booking Kitchen Care, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the service inclusions, exclusions, and terms stated above.
