Client Guidelines & Scope
- Curtain Cleaning covers only the cleaning method and scope selected at the time of booking.
- Standard curtain cleaning is primarily a dry vacuum cleaning service unless another method is specifically mentioned.
- Curtain removal and reinstallation will be performed only when included in the selected service or separately booked.
- Customers should inform the HandyCh team about delicate, expensive, specialty, or sensitive fabrics before cleaning.
- Cleaning results may vary depending on the fabric type, age, condition, previous treatment, and level of dust or staining.
- Dry vacuum cleaning is intended mainly for surface-level dust and debris and may not remove permanent or deep-set stains.
- HandyCh is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened stitching, fading, discoloration, shrinkage, or deterioration of the curtain fabric.
- Curtain rods, tracks, hooks, rings, and mounting fixtures will not be repaired or modified.
- Customers should provide safe and reasonable access to the curtains and surrounding area.
- HandyCh professionals may decline to clean curtains that are unsafe, excessively fragile, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
- Any additional treatment or work outside the booked service may involve additional charges with customer approval.
- Customers are requested to inspect the curtains after cleaning and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the service is completed.
