Client Guidelines & Scope
- Bedroom Cleaning covers only the areas and items listed under “What is Covered.”
- Cleaning is performed on accessible surfaces that can be safely reached using standard cleaning equipment.
- Wardrobes, drawers, and cabinets must be reasonably accessible. Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables before the service if interior cleaning is required.
- Mattress, pillow, and upholstery cleaning is limited to dry vacuum cleaning as specified in the service.
- Cleaning results may vary depending on the material, age, condition, and level of dust, dirt, grime, or stains present.
- Permanent stains, discoloration, existing damage, or surface deterioration may not be completely removable.
- HandyCh will not move heavy furniture or large items as part of the service.
- Electrical appliances, fixtures, or equipment will not be dismantled, repaired, or technically serviced.
- Customers are responsible for removing fragile, valuable, personal, or breakable items from areas to be cleaned.
- HandyCh professionals may decline to clean any item or area that is unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
- Any additional work outside the agreed service scope may involve additional charges, subject to customer approval.
- Service duration may vary depending on the room size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
- Customers are requested to inspect the service upon completion and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the team leaves the premises.
- By booking Bedroom Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the service inclusions, exclusions, and terms stated above.
