  • All cleaning is performed on accessible areas that can be safely reached using standard cleaning equipment.
  • Customers are requested to remove personal, valuable, fragile, or important items before the service begins.
  • HandyCh is not responsible for damage to items that are already damaged, weakened, cracked, loose, or improperly installed.
  • Cleaning results may vary depending on the age, material, condition, and severity of stains, dirt, or buildup. Permanent stains and existing damage may not be completely removable.
  • Heavy furniture and fixed appliances will not be moved or dismantled unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
  • Appliance interiors, technical components, plumbing, electrical systems, repairs, and restoration work are not included in the cleaning service.
  • The customer should provide safe access to the property and the areas to be cleaned at the scheduled time.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed service scope may require additional charges and customer approval.
  • HandyCh professionals may decline to clean any area or item that is considered unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the service upon completion and communicate any concerns to the HandyCh team before the team leaves the premises.
  • Service timings are estimated and may vary depending on the size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
  • By booking the service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these service inclusions, exclusions, and terms.
