- Permanent stains, existing damage, discoloration, rust, mould, or severe buildup may not be completely removable.
- HandyCh does not undertake plumbing, electrical, repair, restoration, or technical work as part of this service.
- Fixtures or fittings will not be dismantled unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
- Customers should remove personal, fragile, valuable, or movable items from the bathroom before the service begins.
- HandyCh professionals may decline to clean any area that is unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
- Any additional work outside the agreed service scope may involve additional charges, subject to customer approval.
- Service duration may vary depending on the size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
- Customers are requested to inspect the service upon completion and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the team leaves the premises.
