Client Guidelines & Scope
- The Bathroom Care Monthly Plan includes 1 Regular Care visit and 1 Advance Care visit per month for the bathroom(s) covered under the selected plan.
- Each visit covers only the areas and services listed under the respective Regular Care and Advance Care service.
- The two monthly visits should be scheduled separately and are subject to HandyCh service availability.
- The plan is intended for regular maintenance and does not include restoration, repair, or specialized treatment.
- Cleaning results may vary depending on the age, material, condition, and level of dirt, stains, limescale, mould, or buildup.
- Permanent stains, deep discoloration, damaged surfaces, severe mould, heavy limescale, and existing surface damage may not be completely removable.
- Plumbing, electrical work, leakage repair, fixture replacement, dismantling, or other technical/repair work is not included.
- Cleaning is performed only on accessible and safely reachable areas using suitable cleaning methods.
- Customers should remove personal, fragile, valuable, and movable items from the bathroom before the service.
- HandyCh professionals may decline to clean any area considered unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the available cleaning method.
- Unused visits or services cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, unless otherwise specified by the membership plan.
- Any additional service requested outside the monthly plan will be charged separately, subject to customer approval.
- Service timing may vary depending on the bathroom size, condition, and level of cleaning required.
- Customers are requested to inspect the service after each visit and raise any concerns with the HandyCh team before the service is completed.
- The membership remains subject to the validity period and booking conditions specified at the time of purchase.
- By purchasing the Bathroom Care Monthly Plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the plan inclusions, exclusions, and terms stated above.
